Sumter Spikes West Florence

After dropping game one Thursday night, the Lady Gamecocks caught fire and went on to defeat the Lady Knights from West Florence on their own home court.  Sumter won by the scores of 12-25, 25-14, 26-24, 25-20.  Sumter was lead by Brittany Starling who had 10 kills, 5 blocks, and 5 aces.  Also Shaniqua McKnight had 8 kills, 6 aces, and 12 service points.  Lauren Dabbs contributed 6 kills, 7 service points, and 1 block.  Robbi Winfield added 7 kills, 4 digs, and 15 assists.  Lisa Divindo had 10 assists respectively.  The Lady Gamecocks will travel to Summerville for a tri-match against Summerville and Colleton County at 5:30 PM.  Sumter improves to 6-3 on the season and 2-1 in region 6-4A.
